A Recap of Sabbath Services at the Great House of Yahweh…
Today, we had the delight of being instructed by the young women in The House of Yahweh. Their focus presented a clear theme – optimism and encouragement to build on everything positive. Bringing the best of The Peaceful Solution Character Education Program and The Great Law of Yahweh to the forefront, hope for a better life and a better world become attainable in our minds’ eye. The following are some of the highlights…
Focus on our purpose and see ourselves in 10 – 15 years, set achievable goals, make plans and set those plans to action in order to achieve our goals.
Our choices can make or break our futures. Knowing about consequences can help with our decision-making process so rather than allowing others to influence us in negative ways, we can work on being positive influence for others.
TV, movies, music, and videos can influence in wrong ways. Choose wisely to avoid pit falls.
Our salvation is dependent upon our choices. Seeking for answers through Yisrayl’s teachings, materials in The House of Yahweh, classes, and study time, family living, and prayer can help shape true values in our lives.
Avoid negative over-thinking and don’t allow ourselves to believe we cannot change. Choose to focus on the positive.
Set our minds in advance and be prepared not to compromise our positive character by conforming to negative influences. Courage is needed to stand up for what is right.
Being determined may help us to turn stressful situations into something better, so think positive, and stay determined.
Learn to accept ourselves and be confident – not prideful or arrogant – but confident in our self-concept with a positive attitude.
On friends and leaders…
Follow instruction given through The Peaceful Solution Character Education Program and take necessary steps, and time, to develop friendships that support our positive character growth.
Choose friends and role models based on character rather than personality.
Building a reputation that can lend itself to being leaders and role models is important to positive character development. Great leaders make a difference in the lives of others.
Scriptures give examples of bullies including Cain, and Nimrod System of bullies. Scripture also gives examples of those who did not retaliate when bullied – Yahshua and Yisrayl.
The Peaceful Solution Character Education Program provides steps and guidelines on best way to handle bullying.
Depression can be understood through brain physiology but we can also recognize what it is, what causes it, how it affects our thinking pattern, and the result it can have upon our health.
Hope presents the big picture – a peaceful world, but it is also for the individual, knowing that we have this hope, to become like Yahweh through our efforts in keeping His Laws.
The Peaceful Solution Character Education Program offers hope to teens who may not have answers for their problems. The program can change the heart and mind and help teens to avoid risky behaviors.
We conclude on the subject of hope, knowing that positive character ripples outward therefore we can provide hope for others. Yahweh has a plan to give us a life of peace and joy – a hope shared by all.
